Our barista was lovely! I was a barista from 2003 to 2015. I Florence needs to add an Italian cream soda button, though. I have never been to a shop that charges .50 for cream and .50 for whipped cream. I went through this afternoon and bought Italian cream sodas for both of my children because I wanted a brewed coffee with cream. Typically love Florence, and it's often my go-to, but every once in awhile my drink gets screwed up pretty bad. I'm pretty severely lactose-intolerant, and on multiple occasions have had "oat milk" misheard as "whole milk" in the drive through.
