I love the burgers from Frugals especially the Hawaiian. However, the customer service I had from Johnathan S on Brooks was below satisfactory. I could not hear him on the speaker from the traffic. So I pulled up to the window to confirm my order. he was rude when I asked him to confirm it. then when I went to pull away he rolled his eyes at me. very unprofessional. My order was also not labeled correctly and not made correctly either. I will not be returning to that location.
