I was inside of the Dairy Queen by the fairgrounds the other day and didn’t know if I should say anything, but Wednesday afternoon I witnessed, I assumed what was was a manger quite literally yelling at two of her young teenage employees in front of all the customers. Their chicken strips are the best I've ever eaten, my kids eat them everytime with no fuss. The team is always phenominal to deal with. I'm a regular and have yet to have a bad day when I visit here.
We went through the drive-thru, ordering two of the same sandwiches asking for a sandwich, then a sandwich in a combo. When we got our receipt at the window it was obvious they only ordered one sandwich for us in the combo and not the second. We asked them to correct that and pay the difference of the window while my husband cleared the line and then walked in to retrieve the second sandwich. However, some orders may have minor mistakes, but the overall experience is positive.
