The Mexican lagerrrrrr!!!! Many lovely breweries in town. We tried others amd no shade at all but dont overlook Great burn! The Mexican lager stands out because its just truly a tasty beer for this style. Great Burn Brewing is a neighborhood-style brewery offering a variety of beers, including a flight of five for $10. The brewery has seating areas on both the main floor and a second indoor floor overlooking the brewing process. The beer selection is solidly tasty, with options like pumpkin ale, porter, IPA, chocolate cherry stout, and coconut brown. The brewery also carries Kambucha for non-beer drinkers. With a focus on local flavor, Great Burn Brewing commemorates the Great Burn, a significant historical event. The atmosphere is modern, with a nice outdoor area and a clean, fresh taproom that appeals to visitors. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, often explaining the story behind the brewery, which was created in memory of a lost brother to wildfires. Popular choices include the GB IPA, at 6.7 ABV, which is consistently tasty, and the Coffee Stout, known for its Coffee, Chocolate, and sweetness, with a smooth texture. While the environment can feel dry to some, it remains a great spot for beer lovers and those looking to enjoy a good drink in a welcoming setting.
