I ordered a medium prime rib and received a raw piece of meat. When I asked for it to be cooked more throughly, I was met with an attitude. It was $40! The fries were soggy and cold. We won’t ever be back.

We have eaten lunch several times at Jakers and it was great. We loved the food and service was great. We were excited to try it for dinner, however we were disappointed with our prime rib dinners. The meat was full of fat and gristle. One martini was only half full. Our waiter was good but obviously running to keep up with everything, possibly due to understaffing. It could have just been a bad night so will definitely try it again as we like the atmosphere and lunches, and service is good.

We were really disappointed trying this place. Food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere feels very old and dated. I had a chicken sandwich that was thin, dry and just not all that good. The fries were meh. My wife had the French dip and same. Just meh.

Went here for their Thanksgiving meal. I am truly sorry to say it was the worst meal I have had the displease of having to pay 25.00 for. They ran out of half of the offerings and the owners said no substitutions and no reduced price. Very very disappointed in Jakers. In the waiter’s defense he warned us before hand but had no idea a restaurant would put out the quality of food that they served.

Our waitress Cheryl was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure my toddler got a drink with a lid that was hard to spill, as well as provided fantastic service. Was worth the money in terms of food, atmosphere and service.Kid-friendliness: Super great

My husband and I decided to go there for our 16 year anniversary lunch (I'm a 3rd shifter) today and this place was amazing. Our servers were Kristen and her tag-along Alexis? They were so sweet and understanding of my, just got off a 10 hour-shift, look. Very knowledgeable about the menu and quick to give suggestions. This will be our new go-to restaurant. Salad bar was incredible in itself, but...Wow!! That lobster Mac 'n cheese was sinful. He got the double cheeseburger with Daly's bacon and it was probably the best one I've had (sorry 5 guys, I still ❤️U). We loved it so much that we made reservations for 4 this Saturday for steaks ??

False advertising!“Hand breaded tempura” chicken strips looked like Tysons bagged strips. Orange with pepper flakes and extremely crispy.The $20 mini burger that came with 4 onion rings was good. Wouldn’t pay that much for it again though.
