“We had picked up lunch there with an online order and unfortunately had one of our sandwiches has the wrong toppings (allergy issue). We called and I was able to speak to a manager who had amazing customer service skills. He gave us options on what we would like to fix the issue, and was very pleasant.

We went from being really bummed out to being overall satisfied because of how they handled the situation. Will return!“
