The teas are really good but a lot of them have “natural flavors” listed as an ingredient and those ones smell really strong/sweet so I don’t know what that’s about. I would rather drink tea with just herbs and no added flavorings and their teas without the “natural flavors” are really good.
Every time I've gone in, staff working have been friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and empathetic. I am no tea expert, and never have staff made me feel less than when I've asked questions. I've appreciated their expertise and assistance when describing what type of tea I'd like. The atmosphere is calming and inclusive. I've made coming here part of my weekly routine, and if I had more expendable income, probably would try to work them into my daily...
They have some of the best tea and matcha I have ever had. The store front is super cute and the staff has always been wonderful. Ordering online is a breeze. The prices are affordable and fair. I always recommend this place for buying tea :)
