This Mcdonald’s gets your order wrong 2/3rds of the time I visit. They’re always super combative when asked to correct their mistake. Employees are disengaged in the job, and I suspect the universal headphone usage among their staff is a large reason for their order inaccuracy. This manager should really take pride in his store and turn it around, it’s really pathetic.

Every single time i’ve been to this location my food has been disgusting, the fries are always basically cold and dry like they were reheated more than once, the nuggets also tasted stale which is surprising that can even happen. I gave it three chances because I thought maybe we just went during an off time or something but no its just terrible.

Typical McDonalds food. Order from a kiosk which I had.never done before.and it had a learning curve. Ordered a blended mocha but they couldnt make it.so offered me a.coffee.instead....$5 for McDonald's coffee....Starbucks they are not.

So... I'm gonna start by saying I don't like McDonalds the have small Patty's on their burgers and the food tastes gross, there is almost always either a rude employee or a sound barrier spreading child scream reverberating off the walls... That said... This one had, yes the small patty gross burgers, but it had a wonderful staffing, they were extremely kind and made jokes to lighten my day. In conclusion, if you like McDonalds... This one is probably the best in missoula
Parking: Pretty spacious so there should always be spaces.
Only one staff member, doing everything in the front of the house and only one cook preparing orders how unfortunate for them food was still about up the standard however
