Visited for breakfast, all employees were wearing plastic gloves except 1 who happened to have a open sore (still slightly bleeding) on the finger of his right hand and appears to be trans whom are more likely to carry hiv/AIDS than others (according to the CDC). I wouldn't have even noticed had he not come out of the kitchen to help the person at the register taking my order.I paid, threw away my food and left because of the possible scene this comment would cause in store which is a sad way for society to have to behave. If we choose a job that puts us in contact with food but our lifestyle puts us at a higher risk of disease than others, we should take precautions to protect our customers even more. He should have been in gloves like everybody else so I wouldn't have even saw the wound and be forced to evaluate the safety/sanitary condition of my food, especially given the fact that he has a open wound and his blood is at higher risk than most.

It was 1030pm when u pulled up to drive thru they are not supposed to be open until 11pm. I pull up to place my order, the recording comes on to take my order. I said what I wanted and then total silence. I finally am able to pull up to the window at 1040pm and they are CLOSED!!!! I AM SO MAD, HOW REDICULIOUS!!! I HATE GOING TO MC DONALDS AND THE ONLY REASON I DID IS FOR MY BOYFRIEND. As I am sitting at the intercom the lights go out in the restaurant. They closed with myself and 3 other vehicles at the drive thru. How can they do that. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

Literal disgrace. Store is just disgusting all around from the attitudes behind the counter to the tables and floor. I love Miccy D's and I'd skip a meal entirely rather than visit this location again. Pics say it all. Doesn't that burger look appetizing? Fries were old cold and stale. Coke mix had run out.

I LOVE this McD prob more than any of the others in the state of MT. The staff are always so helpful and kind. From the times I've been here they exhibit great teamwork and comradery. Food is always fresh here and they have different options for my meal so I don't have to substitute 100 things to get a breakfast sandwich how I like it.Parking: Lots of parking as it is part of a travel complex. Sometimes difficult to navigate the entrance and around semi-trucks.

During my visit, myself and family as well as other customers encountered the unprofessionalism of McDonald's employee Hannah. She was loud and verbally aggressive toward the customers and other McDonald's employees alike. Hannah exemplifies the characteristics of a bully. She is a liability to McDonald's franchises and requires re-training on how to provide customer service and be a kind team player. Hannah needs to understand that if she is facing personal difficulties in her life and needs to vent she needs to do it in a private space. Customers and minors alike should not have to concern themselves with her inappropriate behavior. Overall, although it was said that Hannah and Lexi made our food order fresh it tasted undercooked and there were pieces of the food that was green in color. It was an unenjoyable meal. The restaurant seating area and restroom was extremely unkempt. There was food, crust and trash all over the tables, floors and soda/water refill area. If you are traveling through the area this McDonald's plugs for charging are janky. Majority of the outlets do not work. It's a definite no buëno!
