The service at Outback Steakhouse in Missoula was absolutely amazing. The front-end staff were stellar at their job, friendly, kind, and welcoming, making the experience truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The steak wasn’t cooked medium-rare as requested and was overly salted for my taste. It may just be the way it’s typically seasoned, but it was too much for me. That said, I can’t stress enough how outstanding the service was. The...

Service was wonderful, as was the "bloomin' shrimp" and bread as usual. Complimentary birthday sundae was very nice. One steak (well done) was great. The other (medium rare) was prepared well, but the quality of the meat was poor. Lots of tough gristle. I described it as "rubber band steak". It was (mostly) edible, though.
