Madison our server was so sweet, attentive but not overly. Mozz sticks were super good, I had the steak sandwich cooked perfectly! And the sliders were as well cook delightful. It’s nice having a a sweet caring server thank you Madison!

The restaurant itself is a beautiful establishment. Our waitress was quite friendly and the service was good. The issue is the food itself, I got the steak bites and ordered them medium rare more on the rare side, I got maybe one steak bite that was done right and the rest of the steak bites were well done and incredibly bland and chewy. My boyfriend got the prime rib philly cheesesteak, his sandwich was bland and the meat was flavorless. Overall not a great experience at all, what a waste of a great space and atmosphere for terrible food.

They claim their Ruben is the best in Missoula but it isn’t even close. Pretty tasteless.
So I live very close to Paradise Falls. I have had the worst service imaginable. It is always the same person. My first experience the Casino attendant sat behind the bar looking completely out of it. I went to the bar and asked for a soda. Waited 10 minutes still never got my soda. I went back up to the bar and asked if I could please have a soda. I did win and I did tip her $40. I did not go back until the day after Christmas. There she was working. I almost left but thought maybe the last time I was there she was having a bad day. I sat at the machine for 30 minutes{yes I timed it}. She did not leave her chair to wait on a single person. There was about 10 to 12 people there. When she did get off her chair she left and went into the restaurant for 10 minutes. Soon after that a guy came in and took over for her. He was great! Her name is Melissa. If I do ever go back in to the casino and she is working I will turn and walk away.

Update: Tried them again at a friends urging and being Thanksgiving and having to work myself stopped there for my own dinner. They were out of sides so I opted fornthe open face ribeye and bbq pork skins. Yeah no. The bread was burnt beyond black. There was no mashed potatoes. The beef was so dry and crumble like store bought lunch meat. The potatoes skins were old. The bqq pork was good though. Try to bring this tontheir attention and got left on read. You do you, but you can do better. Wont be back for a third time.. waste of mooney and taste buds. .......... $51.00 spent to discover the grossest, most poorly managed, crap quality food and over priced items. I will never be going back. So loud you can't hear the people at your own table. You get to seat yourself, good luck finding something clean partly cleaned. You literally stick to the carpet walking in there. And the food all taste like old oil. If you love your family and don't want to spend two days getting the taste out of your mouth. Pick some place else.
