Pearl Boba Tea - Downtown

My favorite drink here is the brown sugar cold brew. I appreciate how the bobarista asks for my preference for level of sweetness. Perfect every time.

Only been in there to pick up for door dash and it smells absolutely delicious and makes my mouth water. I can't wait to try it out. If it smells that good....it's got to taste that good!!! Right, lol!

My Fiancé and I have been coming here almost weekly for the past year but recently, in our last 8 visits something has been wrong between one of our drinks. Wether it be charging us for 4 scoops of topping but only putting 1 scoop, mixing up the popping pearls we wanted, mixing up the milk choices my gf gets, messing up the sweetness level, you get it. It’s really frustrating because we both really enjoyed coming here and for her the bobas cheer her up but lately like I said we’ve both been just getting frustrated with our orders mostly bc for $10 a drink we hope for them to be right. Especially when most of the time we come in there’s not a lot of people. It’s understandable for it to happen one or even twice but it has not been over a month and a half of visits with each visit having something wrong. And while I asked for my drink to get fixed the first couple times I just give up now and order a lotus since when my fiance want to go here since those are hopefully easier.(still have gotten two messed up lotus tho)

While there’s no fingers to point to specific employees directly(other than one gal I don’t know the name of, shorter side with straight brown hair and kinda a square shaped face, she messes my drink up %100 of the time) I have noticed a couple times as we are saying our order to the gal at the till one of the other gals (mostly the one I don’t know the name of) has already started our drinks before the ticket even prints, going just off what she hears. And the four times I noticed this going on one of our drinks was wrong. I think going forward maybe wait for tickets to print so you can see what the customer ordered. While my fiancé still likes coming here we have stopped coming weekly/as frequent due to this and have stated going to the tea and crepe place for their bobas. While they don’t have as much options they do get the drinks right.

Ambience is great for enjoying a refreshing boba with friends. They have lots of fun retail items too. All the drinks are fantastics and the customer service is top notch.

It's downtown Missoula so it is what you expect. I got the brown sugar with classic boba. It tasted more like a Thia Tea which is not bad per say, but it isn't what I though I ordered. I know every place is different, but I had truly never had brown sugar like this. My boyfriend got a mango with classic boba. For the two drinks it was $13.50. We both got smalls. I heard the person after me order matcha with strawberry so I will have to try that sometime.

I had the chocolate decaf milk tea boba and it was delicious. The tapioca balls were excellent and they gave me a bunch. The workers were super-kind and took no time to get the order done. Highly recommend.--review written by my niece
