Oh, gosh. Maybe just an off night. Fast but unfriendly service - no one else in restaurant. Fish tasted like cooked in stale oil. Tacos and burrito overstuffed with lettuce. Maybe a smear of guacamole? No taste for either, unfortunately.
I used to really like this place - especially the fish burrito. I had one last night that was really bad. The breading on the fish was gooey mush and the fish itself was stiff and chewy (!?). The burrito is huge but ingredients badly distributed and mostly just mushy and bland. Sad.
I love Taco del Sol! I live out of state, and this is one of the places I always try to eat at when I visit. The food is always fresh and delicious.
