The Break is a must-visit in Missoula. The coffee is reliably good and the pastries (made in house) are even better. I recommend Rick's Fruit Danish or the Strawberry Rhubarb pie.For students, artists, and remote employees, the massive amount of tables ensures there's usually a place to stay for a while.There's free wifi and water, which is really nice. Coffees we're fine, but double charged our gift card so we ended up paying double, almost half with cash. Defeats the purpose of gift cards if they don't know how to use them.

Love the pies and the location. Great place to meet people for coffee and dessert since there is a lot of seating. It's a big place. If you love berry or cherry pie, you must try the homemade pie here. I never visit Missoula without getting pie here.
