Well sadly after growing up down the road in the early 90’s and going to this place as a kid, getting pitchers of soda with small circular ice cubes and playing the crane games while we waited for our pizza. Now this place is gone down too far to bring back up the hill, I ordered the “stuffed crust pizza, 16 wing combo” and it was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten, definitely the worst I have ever paid for. It was as if, someone else had ordered the same pepperoni stuffed crust pizza 2 hours earlier and the other assholes didn’t show up so they put the pizza back in the oven to reheat it… not saying that’s what they did do, but that’s probably how they got that great “CARDBOARD” texture we’re all going for!!

I had a delivery & the dude opened my door! I'll say it again, he opened my DOOR!!! Thank goodness for my my sons dog! He shut that door so damn fast. Never have I had that happen. 57 yrs old, not happy with the guy & now he knows where I freaking live!

Worst salad bar ever! Plastic forks, plastic knives to cut through the browned lettuce and shredded cheese that looks like shredded carrots it's so hard. The 2 options of dressing ranch and thousand island was hard and crusty because it had been out too long We left after a couple bites it was so terrible! A disgusting lunch to something we were very excited about when we walked into the advertised salad bar.

I'd put zero stars if I could because not only did they assign a door dasher who didn't have change instead of their own delivery driver but my order came ten minutes late and was cold to add insult to injury when I consulted their customer service on the website this was the response (refeer to attached screenshot) the only good thing that came from this whole ordeal was that the dasher was very apologetic and awesome about the whole ordeal I tried calling immediately after the order had arrived and paid for and their excuse for sending a dasher was we supposedly hung up when they called (which is false) and that their delivery driver quote "doesn't service this far downtown" when I'm not that far from the east Broadway location and no other location services downtown (I called the other location closest to me and asked)

Lady at the front counter was nice but when I arrived pizza wasnt ready but was told it was in the oven. Okay, well once it was ready I was informed they forgot my breadsticks so it would be 7 more minutes. Set a timer in my car and came back without anyone bothering to come up to the front. Stood at the counter for a bit before ringing the bell after being walked past a couple times. Pizza was cold and dry, breadstick were fine but was irritated with the experience.

The salad bar has gotten hit with shrink flation, there are about half of the options on the bar.the lettuce was red tipped. Not the freshest. Service was slow, I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before anyone came to help. I guess at least it is a salad bar.

The guy that took our order, made our pizza, and brought it us food was phenomenal! The salad bar was to perfection with very crisp lettuce, and fresh veggies. The cheese sticks and personal pan pizzas were both cooked exactly how we asked! This guy is a gem! I have finally found a great Pizza Hut with employees who take pride in their work, very respectful, and care how your meal was.

My personal pan pizza tasted great, however the wings were overdone and more breading than meat. Also, we asked the cashier to replace the wilted lettuce. She brought a 'new' batch out. It was worse than the first one. Suggestion: your salad bar food should be checked on for freshness and replaced with better looking food.
It is absolutely filthy in here. Almost every table has crumbs onto and underneath the table. Also the seats have crumbs. There is no other guests in here. I had to ask for a rag to clean my table she brought me a paper napkin dosed with cleaner. The salad bar is dried up produce. Now for the food. They are out of most pop. They brought us our 2 liter in a bag no cups, had to ask for those. Maybe I just don't like pizza hut but I thought one pizza had too much sauce. I did not like it and will never come back to this pizza hut on Broadway missoula montana ?

my guy and i were road-tripping here and Chris, the manager hooked it up! we got a pep pizza and wings and he gave us plates and and lots of sauces and mini jugs of parm and pepper! soooo sweet of them! ???? you can tell he actually cares and has such a positive attitude and energy!
