I placed an order at Brooks St Pizza Hut delivery no order been over 30 minutes I need the manager to call Tammy keeps hanging up twice now it was set up as carryout.
As I do enjoy eating pizza from here, I will say it is very unsettling however, when an employee ( their usual server guy/ cook) looks as if he is drunk or working with a hangover, serving food. Hopefully this won't be experienced again by anyone else.
We've been coming here for years, and the service and food are always fantastic. This place goes above and beyond when it comes to what you know about Pizza Hut. You can go to the other two locations in town, and the pie will be about half as good as the Brooks street location. Our fur babies also got a special pup cup offered to them in the drive through from the wonderful staff, which they thoroughly enjoyed, and that really made this order a special one for all of us. 10/5...read full review

The pizza melts are a must-try, with one customer expressing surprise at how good it was. The personal pan pizza is also a tempting option that brings back 90's nostalgia. A customer shared a story about a staff member who went out of his way to help a family of six dine in when the dining room was closed, making a stressful evening pleasant. Another customer arrived late at their hotel, and although other places were closed, a staff member let them in, allowing them to create their own salad from the salad bar and bake a pizza. Overall, Pizza Hut is a great place to enjoy delicious pizzas, experience top-notch service, and it is kid-friendly with great wheelchair accessibility.
