You think you know the dishes they have, but they bring a whole new meaning to each item. They're masterfully crafted and unique, despite the commonality of some of their dishes.

Incredible dining experience. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very well priced and huge selection of drinks to enjoy. Our table had the pork chops, New York strip, multiple salads, cheeseburger, and cheese cake. All was amazing.

Booked a reservation for a Thursday evening a few weeks back. The initial bar area seemed lively and perfect for a more upbeat gathering of friends, but I'm glad we booked in advance for the back dining area. The staff was extremely helpful on menu options without ever being pushy, and had excellent time awareness throughout the night. The food itself was great - the girlfriend and I shared the Charcuterie board which would make a perfect item if you're just there for drinks. The main BBQ course was cooked very well and the sauces unique. Don't be fooled by the fine dining tag - we dropped 80 dollars for two which included an appetizer, two separate meals, a shared dessert, and a flight of wines and an ale. You could easily pay that at the new Cinema in town between one meal each and popcorn after tickets. If you're in the mood for a special intimate dining experience or a fancy lounge with friends, Red Bird is in the top tier of Missoula.
