The workers here are sweet I've never had a bad experience and despite the fact that when you think of a coffee shop you would think starbucks is expensive it's actually quite affordable. Wow this is a bad location. The window girl acted like it was a personal inconvenience to her to serve my hot food hot. Very stingy with the napkins too, I had to ask for more than one.

So since this store was renovated the service has gone downhill and when my gold card is finished and I have no more points, I will be using it as ice scaper and never getting a coffee or anything else there again. Racheal you need to work on your people skills and you are the reason I will never come to your store again.Your DM is a friend of mine.

Starbucks is a vehemently anti-union company. After trying to organize for better working conditions, they will fire those workers for "performance issues". If you want better coffee, go local. You will always find better coffee that way, and you will take solace in the fact that you aren't supporting this anti-worker
