Horrible service and I also found a lot of glass in the parking lot I told the lady she had an attitude told me she couldn't come see it very rudely I asked her why she would want her customers to get flat tires and once again she has an attitude cause she's to busy to clean up glass be careful not to get a flat ppl. They are extremely rude here very disappointing they lost us as a customer service sucks

I dont know what the blonde at the windows deal is. She is the worst employee I have ever seen starbucks employ. She has a really bad attitude, failed to ring in my order correctly on my first encounter with her, when I tried to reiterate it she said yeah I got it and she didn't I most definitely got regular milk which I cannot have which gave me pain all day. The Second time my husband put my phone down on the bar outside the window right in-front of her to scan for the points instead of holding it and she said super snotty what am I suppose to be doing here as she snatched the cash out of his hand. This last time (today) I came through with a $50 Bill and also had my cards on me. Normally if they dont have big change they say they dont have it for it. She took it didn't say anything until she was counting money stuck her head out the window and said you're going to get a bunch of 1's is that ok? I said no Ill take it and get different change I have my card and she said well I already charged you and I dont have it I mean I could give you a $5 but yeah and she ignored me and continued behind the window counting and telling me off they dont have change or big bills and just kept going on and on.... She is rude and confrontational I have never ever seen this at a Starbucks before in my life and I honestly was drinking less coffee lately, due to it. Ive also called they said she has a tone problem, but nothing changed shes just rude every time... I hope she gets some in depth training on customer service or someone watch her more closely at the window.. what a horrible way to start my daughters mommy me day..

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 drinks.... triple shots with flavor over ice. Because Starbucks has no half and half out in carafe anymore we ask the barista to let us show how much (we like very little) and generally they just say they will put some in a tiny cup for us, which is fine. Today they charged .70 cents for about 2 oz. We were told they have to charge for anything more than 2 oz. We explained we so not need a full cup of half and half, just a small amount. They gave us the little 8 oz cup with about 1 oz total in it for 2 drinks. My husband went back in and explained they told us 2oz per drink, so 4 oz total for us was free, but they only gave us 1 oz for 2 drinks. The manager on shift (don't know her name, taller two big side buns) proceeded to yell at my husband from across the lobby asking, "what do you want?!" It's really unfortunate that people who don't want to be there, dont enjoy customer service and don't treat the other employees well (the other girls cowered around her) is employeed at this location. Wish I could give zero stars.

I ordered a chai frappe with extra whip and they gave me none at all! :( Usually not a big deal but it was almost a seven dollar drink plus the extra I paid for. I don’t mind if they would just tell me and reimburse me but they didn’t and getting a refund is a huge hassle.

Coffee and food here is always great! Unfortunately “Morgan” working the drive through needs a serious attitude adjustment. I understand having a rough day trust me, but she was very rude over the intercom and was very short and snappy while we were at the window. She didn’t give us the card reader to select a tip. I guess we’ll figure out when our bank statement comes in what tip she gave herself.

I went to this Starbucks location to pick up a mobile order for an iced coffee and a breakfast item. They didn’t even put ice in my iced drink when in reality isn’t that part of the drink? And I didn’t request special instructions for the ice fyi. I feel as though there is poor management at this location causing the baristas/workers to behave this way. Or the baristas are acting this way in their own volition, idk ??‍♀️ But I will not be coming this location anymore, since this is like the second time my coffee order didn’t turn out. DO BETTER!

Very kind and caring baristas. Coffee and food is very good and it's nice to be able to really connect with some of those baristas. Even if it's just a simple conversation about the day's struggles, it's great to feel that person to person connection. They work efficiently and effectively to deliver your coffee to you. Cheers!!!

Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegetarian... It's mostly coffee after all! Anything that has meat says the meat or has in it and for vegans there are many options for milk substitutes.

Dietary restrictions: Many different options for different kinds of milk etc.

Parking: Usually pretty open parking. Relatively easy to find a good spot.

Kid-friendliness: I mean they don't serve alcohol so that's a pretty big step for kids friendliness. Also the baristas are super kind and do not pursue you to order quickly

Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't steps to get in and the entrance I believe is wide enough for a wheelchair user to fit through with ease.

Seem to be all about sweet flavors and expensive. Doesn't wake me up like others. Lol also in my town we haev local coffee stands thst are 100% wayyyy better and less expensive.
