“I stop by about 2-3 times a week, for about a year and half for coffee and breakfast. The employee (Monique) that helps me almost every time, is usually alone for the morning rush. She has never complained about it. She does appear to be extremely busy with huge lines and I can’t imagine trying to juggle all of it alone.
Again, no problems with the service directly nor the actual food/coffee. Maybe just hire additional consistent staff to support her.“

“Thank you for continuing the Starbucks smiles and amazing service all the way here in Montana. We stopped by this Starbucks twice last month. Once on our way to Livingston and our next on the way back to Washington State. \n\nThe staff at this location all are friendly and smiles, smiles, smiles. Super friendly, clean restrooms and dinning area. Way to go Starbucks. \n\nFood was great and again A+++ on service and friendly staff.“
“I'm a little embarrassed to be sharing this on such a public platform, but I wanted to make sure that the worker who did this knows they are so appreciated.
It's been a really hard week, my mom passed away on Sunday and I've been devastated. Trying to hold onto some normalcy so I grabbed my Starbucks before going to work and didn't see this til I got home. I came through around 8:30am. I know this is probably something you guys just do to brighten people's day, but when I tell you I needed this so bad I really did. Thank you times a million, you truly changed someone's day ❤️“
“I gave Starbucks a bad review based on information from a very well educated friend only to find out the information was wrong. Don't do as I did. Investigate for yourself. I made myself look ignorant because of my post. I now apologize and went to Starbucks to buy coffee and support them. They do support our veterans. May Almighty God bless us all.“
“They were great. I stopped in early in the morning (just after opening) on my way out of town, during my cross country trip. My order was made quickly and the barista was delightful. Thank you for making the last day of driving get off to a great start.“
