Waited in line for two doordashes for about half an hour, the automated system refused to take more than one doordash (i stated two doordashes to the speaker multiple times, nobody took over for the system) by the time I got to the window, lady at the window seemed to not really care if the order got out in a timely manner (staring at the order screen, cleaning the counter while the completed order is right in front of her) they tried to give me the wrong order (I caught it), then the lady at the window tried to tell me I had to go around and wait in line again for the second order because they hadn't started it since I didnt make it clear enough I had TWO doordash orders. Thankfully the person actually making the food said it was fine since the doordash order was only three items. For being fast food, not very fast. For being a food service, not very serviceable. Quite rude behavior from the lady at the window, but was made up for by the other employees. Its one thing being understaffed, its a whole other blaming the doordashers for not being clear enough to the faulty ordering system that doesn't listen when you can also step into the order. Other taco bell locations have never had this kind of problem with me, ive had times where I have 3 or even 4 doordashes from taco bells, they almost NEVER let the computer do the order because they know its faulty. Quite dissapointed.

Ai in the drive through couldn't understand me and when I started getting frustrated the person who was listening in on the other side proceeded to be rude to me. Maybe if you have someone listening in to the order, remove the ai and just take the order??? Horrible service. Then proceeded to miss half my order.

This is one of the better Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Order was prepared as I asked for it (I had a lot of add-ons and removals for a large order. The got it perfect the first time. That never happens at the Taco Bell back home.

I just went in here thirsty from a long bike ride I just did. I asked for a water cup and the female cashier named Julie, denied me a water cup! Which is really a shame because I’ve done the same thing here multiple times and all of the cashiers have given me a cup, no questions asked. She started to interrogate me and ask why I couldn’t just pay or, “just get the hell out of here!” I will never be coming back to this store. DO NOT RECOMMEND! (Unless you want to get screamed at)
I downloaded the app and it is so easy and the app lets me customize. I can’t have dairy and they have accommodations for that unlike other places. I hate the computer at the drive-up but if I get frustrated I get a real person. I have loved every server. Always efficient, polite and makes me feel like they are glad I came.

Not one to complain but a 5 yr old can put food together better then this place, I odered a crunchbox and the cruchwrep didn't have the crunchy hard Center in it and I was supposed to get a soft taco and a cool ranch taco instead I got two hard shell tacos that were both crunched. For now on I will take my business to North Reserve Street Tacobell. Just a little note a throw away both crunched hard shelled taco's what a waist of money.

This Taco Bell completely SUCKS!!! The Food is always cold and we seriously have waited 25 minutes to an HOUR, Obviously the manager(s) doesn’t care two shits to make any changes or improvements. We would rather drive across town for warm food than a block away. I would definitely not recommend wasting time coming here!
