This Taco Bell completely SUCKS!!! The Food is always cold and we seriously have waited 25 minutes to an HOUR, Obviously the manager(s) doesn’t care two shits to make any changes or improvements. We would rather drive across town for warm food than a block away. I would definitely not recommend wasting time coming here!

The only option to order is on a kiosk and I think that is just awful. An elder couple came in and it was a major struggle for them. Then they wanted to pay cash but no one was up front for them. I placed an order online to be picked up inside. Had to wait over 5 minutes to get drink cups. Finally get those, check my food order and it was wrong. Finally talked to someone and waited 8 minutes for my 2 missing tacos. The guy that started to help me yelled out the missing tacos and then went on break (didn't realize that at first). Finally another guy came over and made the tacos himself. Absolutely ridiculous.

Girl at the window was an absolute sweetheart and very nice. But.. they messed up my food order. Wanted to try the new dipping burritos, but they gave me the wrong sauce. Also ordered 2 chicken enchilada burritos, they only gave me one. Not to mention it took about 15 minutes to get my food and there was only one car ahead of me, which pulled off as I pulled up. They told me that it took so long because they put the wrong sticker on the bag so it was just sitting there waiting.

Automated ordering got my order wrong, I pulled up to try to correct the order with the guy at the window 3 or 4 times, dude still couldnt get it right. I drove off without the food I got charged. You guys need to fix this. I'm sure I'm not the first.

Staff was real nice. They always are. I had my thoughts about these nuggets you guys are selling... I was wondering if they would be any good? Come to find out, they are pretty good!! I heard that from other people though…. Unfortunately the ones I got looked like they were made yesterday by someone that was angry. Real bummed. I’m sure they are good. I hope you make good ones for other folk other than me? I hope I get to experience good ones before you take them off of the menu. Was pretty deflating to receive what I received this evening…

Food tastes great! BUT everytime I come here I pay for food and only get some of what I pay for EVERYTIME. Overall good but you’ll probably only get a third of your meal you paid for.
The absolute slowest drive through ive been held hostage in. 30+ min wait is actually insane. Had no way to leave once you're in.

We waited in the drive thru forever to the point where my friend was behind us and she got out of line and went inside and had her food ordered and made before ours. Not only that they charge an arm and a leg for sour cream so I ordered the soft taco 12 pack add sour cream and to add sour cream to 12 tacos is 7.80!!! Anyways get our food and get home and guess what? No sour cream on them when I paid almost 8 dollars to add it...if you're gonna charge that much for sour cream you better make sure you put it on there!

Slow food. It wasn’t that bad. It was just slow but the lady was nice we don’t know if they’re understaffed or something
