In a lobby full of people waiting to order, there is one person sweeping a small pile, one person making jokes, another one eating, and one working slowly in the back. What a joke of a restaurant

Super sad to leave this review. Came inside to eat. Waiting more then 30 mins for a small ordercurrently. I have seen about 15 cars pass through drive thru. Saw about 8 door dash go through. Curious why they aren't taking care of the regular walk-ins. Do better TB.

Post your lobby hours. Jesus, you won't let a cyclist in your drive through, you won't set up a place to lock up bikes, and your lobby is closed at 7am, despite only having 1 set of hours listed

Walked in there were only 2 people in lobby with their food. 1 car in drive thru. Waited 5 minutes to get helped. One guy came up to the register did not acknowledge me at all, then walked out. Even if he was leaving he could have let his crew know someone needed

Their food was alright but everything jusbgets thawed together so fast that wat u end up with is a big mess that u just paid for... the employees working the counter was not very friendly at all seemed like was struggling to do the job honestly and people jus standing around while u got all these orders going and only a few employees were actually working made me feel bad for the ones who were ... lobby was dirty an dso were the bathrooms but I believe is do to only few employees actually working while others stood around watches and joking ... simply was not a good experience

I’ve tried to order from this location through GrubHub twice and both times the order sat for two plus hours before the restaurant cancelled it. They’re so slow at this Taco Bell that you may never get your food at all.

Plenty of employees standing around and talking to each other while not preparing orders. I've been here for half an hour trying to pick up an order for someone. I asked 4 employees -the 5th one finally just said, "Oh, nobody told him there was a mobile order. He's going to start it now." Nonsense.
