If you like not getting what you ordered from people who can't read this is the place for you. Ordered delivery through app and 3 times jn a row get wrong drinks. Call and tell them and get told come get it yourself and we'll talk to staff with attitude of i don't give a shit. Place is a joke.

Cashier at front counter unable or unwilling to take orders. They request you use the kiosk but do not read the whole order. When paying cash, you still have to go app to the counter to finalize your order. Which takes an extra 5 minutes to get someone's attention. If you're going through the drive through this location is fabulous.However the drive through is incredibly tight and hard to navigate in a large pick up.

I will be declining every Taco Bell order from here on out. I recommend an evening boycott of all Taco Bells in Missoula by UberEats, Dash, etc. After the lobbies close, the wait is unacceptable.

Drive thru staff was extremely rude after mistakes were made to the order by the drive thru AI. Upon attempting to correct them and laughing at the mix up, an employee came over the headset and berated us for laughing at the order before demanding that we finish the order and pull forward. Sure makes it hard to return for business.

Just had an incredibly rude employee tell us that we can just leave if we didn't like their automated ordering system. Well we didn't appreciate the employee's attitude and did leave. Customer service is not the job for that woman and hopefully the company will deal with her before she drives away any other customers. Went to the location at North Reserve and actually was able to work with a real person and not an automated system who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would not recommend the Broadway location but definitely go to North Reserve.

The woman who was working tonight was probably the most cold-hearted person I’ve ever met. I placed a mobile order, and the inside of the store was closed. I ride my bike everywhere, as I do not own a car. While I understand that a bike is not the most conventional or proper way to pick up an order, I had no choice. The cashier refused me the order I paid for while being extremely disrespectful and almost belligerent. All the while, my food was right behind her. I just wanted the food I paid for. This location must do better.

I had to go through the drive through because the app doesn't work Most of the time and no one knows how to fix it. Not near as bad as the one on reserve, though.
And never even offered a free taco coupon...
