Killer biscuits and gravy.. it’s almost a little too hippie of a spot for me and there isn’t a ton of room, but very friendly service. Their menu indicated they would be closing down in the near future. If it’s still open, it’s worth stopping for breakfast. Line was a little long but it moved fast.

A Missoula staple for many years, and tied with Burns St Bistro for best brunch in Missoula. The Heap is a long-time favorite, and consider it is TWO meals for the mortal. Breakfast burrito is also great but a little spicy. Coffee/Espresso is fantastic. Funky place with varied seating including now downstairs expansion. Indoor and Outdoor seating. Expect a wait on weekends and summer days.

I would highly recommend this establishment and to visit them quickly before they close! Fantastic culinary experience. A bit of a wait when we visited but it was well worth it. Food was great through and through. The chai tea and smoothies were really good. Cool cafe styled atmosphere with a cozy loft with additional seating. They also have nice outdoor seating for dining customers.I was sad to learn they are permanently closing sometime in November. They are so very good and wish I had discovered them earlier. I will have to get back there before they close.

The food here was incredible, fresh and delicious. Our server was on top of our order, keeping our drinks filled and able to check on us consistently. We will definitely come back anytime we are close to this area!

I was excited to eat here. Pretty quickly became disappointed. Waitress said I could not modify the eggs from my food choice. I accepted the eggs the way they were. The way the eggs were cooked was not that big of a deal to me. I asked if there was large chunks of tomatoes and asked that no tomatoes be in my food. Waitress responded again that I can not edit my food choice and that there were no tomatoes in it. I asked if they prepared the food abd why can they not "edit" my food choice? I ordered it and found large chunks of tomatoes. I was not happy and did not eat my food.

Great place for breakfast. Both had pick 3 so you can order exactly what you want and not have a lot of leftovers. Fresh made bread and house jam made this a yummy place. We did not have to wait but later arriving folks did it’s not a big place. Great service and terrific coffee.

The food here is fantastic! They have a nice range of items to choose from. The servers were all great, it was a little slow but they told us ahead of time, and they were as attentive as they could be. We will visit again.

This place is outstanding and I rate very few breakfast venues like this. Portions are enormous and the quality is even better. The server was on top of everything and so great to deal with. Definitely the best place in Missoula for me. Great job!!

Fantastic breakfast menu with some really unique options. Coffee and latte were decent. Our waitress was able to give some fantastic recommendations for how to spend the rest of our day exploring Missoula!

Sat outside and there was a slight drizzle...it was perfect! Food is to die for, each time I go, I try something new and am never disappointed. The seasonal torte was amazing!

Used to love love love the Catalyst (5 years ago). They either need to find a new location or open a second location. Clearly with the influx of people to MT, this restaurant has not maintained the same quality, service and atmosphere it once had. Food is still good, when the order is right, but wait times are long, even on weekdays.

Best breakfast ever. I read a review for this on TripAdvisor and that's why we chose to come. The person who wrote the review mentioned buckwheat waffles and the homemade yogurt with fruit and nuts and grains, so I ordered the same thing. It was incredible! My husband had the huevos rancheros and they were also absolutely delicious. The portions are large, we're leaving with two takeaway containers. If you're in Missoula, don't miss this place!

Small but the real deal. Great breakfast, lunch, good staff. Outdoor sidewalk seating. Quiet jazz in morning. Small w/upstairs seating too...no disability accessible bathrooms. In an historic downtown buildingLocal breads, meats, eggs, jams ...just good food. The English muffin on plate was good but different. Home made blueberry preserves & fresh fruitVegetarian options: Can skip meatKid-friendliness: No limitationsParking: Downtown parking on street

Truly one of the best breakfasts I have ever enjoyed! So grateful to have found this gem downtown as we traveled through! Thanks for starting our day off on the right foot! We are leaving with 2 bottles of your special sauce and very happy tummy’s! I had the breakfast special and my husband had the heap! So so good! Kel was a great server as well! With the wait and we got to sit in the basement- super cool! Warmly, LeAnne
