I was in the military for 15 years, over 11 deployments, looked after 120 men. Now I work in customer service and have done for 10 years. I see people every day. However I witnessed something this evening which will stay with me, the best customer service, and it was from a gentleman named Chris from your east Broadway store in Missoula, MT. His customer service is second to none, he is personable, takes great pride in his job,very in touch with his demographics and his whole demeanor is a standard which the world should strive to achieve. As a manager in my eyes, he is a role model and an asset to your company. My family will now use this Pizza Hut over any other pizza places in town because of Chris. Driver was Great!
Ordered pasta and wings.
No wings. Plus I paid with my credit card and had to pay cash . (Twice paid) for day old pasta was disgusting and thrown in the garbage. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I went to pick up my order and I had a bunch of change and I apologized but that's what I had to pay with. The guy working the window handed me the pizza box with 2 melts, meat lovers and pepperoni and shut the window real quick. I picked it up and it didn't feel real hot and I opened the box. The meatlover was in there and the pepperoni was there as well but there was something else on the pizza as well. It was a piece of pineapple, I thought it was filled with pineapple and I stood there for like a minute before the guy opened the window back. He was standing right next to the window. I said this is wrong, he took the box looked in it and said no its not. I said yes that is the meatlovers but this pepperoni has something else on it as well. He says its a pineapple. I said I didn't order pineapple on it he says it's one piece, what do u want me to do?? I can pick it off. He then grabbed the pepperoni melt, with his fingers, he picked the pineapple off right in front of me, threw the pineapple on the ground and then said here u go and slammed the window shut. This is the first time I have ever been to this Pizza Hut and it is the last time as well!!!!!!

They never read the delivery instructions. And they delivered the wrong order. I have been hung up on four times trying to get it corrected.
Good service. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. Good pizza and salad bar exactly as expected. Thanks!

One star is too many.\ No soap in the bathroom.\ Ordered a pizza and it was done wrong wrong. Notified the waitress and she said she would fix it. Twenty minutes later, no new pizza. Interrupted her text message conversation to ask about it. She said, \\\"No worry, I won't charge you for it.\\\" She then went and put the order in. Wait another fifteen minutes and we finally got our pizza and left.

"NO ONE OUT PRICES THE HUT",,where are You coupons, everyone, Papa Johns, Dominoes, has coupons, where the hell is the Pizza hut coupons???? Expensive and not much better than frozen from the Grocery store frozen Pizza's., at 1/3 the price.
