Really good food and service. Just 5 minutes from Helena. Eat here. Worth the short drive.
Cooks were not very efficient. There was one large group of about 16 people. It took us over an hour and 10 minutes from the time we were seated. Until our food came out, our server was very good. And she took care of all of our needs could not help it because the food came out poorly food quality was very good
This was the best lunch we have had in a very long while. Josie is the most welcoming person we have probably ever met and she remembers us every time. We don’t even have to order our drinks, she is always way ahead of us. Highly recommended, if you have a chance please request her. You will not be disappointed.

Montana City Grill & Saloon is a very nice place with an extremely welcoming atmosphere that is very clean. The service is amazing, with servers who check on guests and do not rush them. Diners enjoyed the Ciabatta Burger with perfect texture bread, black and blue wings, ribeye, fish and chips, and Huckleberry Ribs with scalloped cheese potatoes. The food is delicious and always good, with steaks and main entrees usually better than average. The atmosphere is beautiful with quite music. However, one party of 6 was seated quickly but then forgotten for 15-20 minutes before their food trickled out 45 minutes later. Despite this, Montana City Grill is a go-to staple for dining out, and the Christmas dinner buffet is always a treat.
