Scotsman Bar And Cafe is a small‑town cafe in Park City that offers good food and excellent coffee. The biscuits and gravy are perfect and the pancakes are next level. A Chai Tea is recommended, and breakfast burritos are delicious. The staff are friendly and the lattes are outstanding. The cafe has limited hours but a strong public response may extend them.
