Maybe you guys should take the sign off your building that says 20% off your moble order, Since the Owners took the deal off of the App! It's completely False Advertising. And it's B.S. if you ask me. Your prices are to high!
Twice in the past several months I have paid for an item and not rec'd it. Called when I got home to tell them what was missing. (Should have looked when they handed me my bag, but did not.) Said they would write my name down on a "list" they keep so that I can get my item/s next time I come. Well tonight was the night, but not one of the multiple employees knew what to do and even though a manager is "ALWAYS" there they said, no one could locate them! I refuse to pay for a mcchicken sandwich that don't even have a chicken patty inside or a hamburger thats red and raw in the middle. Polson McDonald's is seriously a joke dont waste your time or money there. I say if you're gonna employ somebody make sure they are adequately competent to do the job. And make sure the person in charge such as shift managers are adequately competent as well. Have some pride in your work even if its McDonald's when you have a job to do you should...read full review
