“The lady that took our order and brought out our food was so friendly!! Even though they where fairly busy she made sure we had everything we needed. Never rushing us or getting impatient with me. Even going the extra mile helping us get condiments!! The food was served fresh and hot in a timely manner as well. So glad my usual stop didn't work out because I got a very nice surprise. Yummy good food fast!!!“
“We drove down from Williston because we were told they have great prime rib. We ordered. About 5 minutes later the waitress stopped by our table to tell us that she has to wait 25 minutes to put our order in because there’s a party in the back and their order just went in. Ok. No problem. I mean we drove an hour to eat here so an extra 25 minutes won’t hurt us. SO AN HOUR AND 25 MINUTES LATER she casually strolls by our table to tell us that the kitchen just told be she can put our order in in about 25 more minutes. What?! We heard that AN HOUR AND 25 MINUTES EARLIER. Nope. We’re good. We are out. So we drove an hour, sat for another hour and a half, didn’t eat and now drove an hour back to Williston. Here’s the questions I have: Why can’t you put the order into the POS system and make the orders in order. Why would you have to wait to put the order in? No restaurant on the planet operates that way. When she told us we’d have to wait 25 minutes TO PUT THE ORDER IN and an hour and a half later told us it’d be 25 MORE MINUTES TO PUT OUR ORDER IN, did she think that was gonna fly? We both ordered prime rib and a baked potato. Both are precooked. It would take 2 minutes to slice off two pieces of meat off the roast and put two pre baked potatoes on the plate. What the hell are we doing here?!“
“Amazing McDonald’s as of august 2023! The place was clean, food was warm and I could tell it was fresh. It came very quickly. However the best part of my stop was the employees. They were singing and having a good time in the kitchen. It made the whole atmosphere of the restaurant so fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend for fast food!Parking: Had lots of angle parking spots available close to the building. Nice wide spots to park in aswell.“
“Ok most people would freak out if it took 38 minutes in the drive thru to line up and receive their order. But knowing how things are in food service and retail I understand. Two employees working the lunch rush. The management company needs to recognize the employees that show up for work and run the place as best as they can. Amanda is great in the drive thru and who ever was cooking should be commended. My food was good and received friendly service. Meridian Restaurants of Ogden, UT needs to take notice.“
“The food was amazing and they were pretty quick on getting us our meal. I thought it was a little overpriced. The service was made up for it. Are we just come or five times as long as we were all right or if we needed anything .Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“
