“Delicious walleye fish and chips with a good portion of slaw (bit too sweet) and the Loco Burger with sidewinder potatoes was just as delicious. Healthy portions and prices on par. Service was good once we got our order taken which took a bit. Girls were busy. A dedicated bartender would help instead of the girls working both the bar and the tables.”

“Wow 🤩 hands down the best smoked meat we’ve had in a long time! We tried Lost Texan Pit BBQ today at the food truck battle in Billings, MT, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My Dino ribs were bigger than both my fists 🤣, and they melted in my mouth. Perfect bark, smoky flavor, and so tender it practically fell apart. The jalapeño sausage was incredible too, just the right jalapeño kick with perfect smokiness. And my husband had the brisket sandwich, which he swore was the absolute BEST he’s ever had. It's kinda like my hide Way casino cause it's great place to play an has all the games I like to play plus it's got a good crowd of local laurel folk. An is small but big enough to have a crowd on weekends”

“Fowl Play continues to make the Little Big Men pizza from the prior ownership. On my last visit, the pizza crust tastes a little different, so they may have changed that, but the toppings are all fresh and pizza is still awesome as always! “After moving to Joliet over 2 years ago, I finally decided to venture out for the evening. My best friend and I went in to the J Bar for food and drinks. Bonnie and Gary were very welcoming and so much fun to visit with! Bonnie poured a perfect cocktail. Gary cooked us some of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had! They were enormous and juicy with plenty of cheese and fresh toppings. I was beyond pleased with their fair prices as well. I’d definitely recommend making a stop in to the J Bar!?”
