“My great grandfather, built this fine brick building in the 1870's when we were still part of the greas y9⁹Northwest Territory. His name was John Andrew Jackson Chapman. The name of blacksmith shop was Boggs and Chapman Blacksmith Shop. It makes me happy that so many people still enjoy this historical beautiful brick building. I am grateful to the owners, brewers, and staff for preserving one of the older places of commerce that predates Montana's statehood. Many Thanks to you and Mr.Sneidger (the former owner and welder).“
