Apparently one man's 1-star is my 5-star. It sounds like people are expecting Panda Express and being surprised when they find an actual Chinese restaurant. Who goes for Chinese food and orders a hamburger? WTF? And I dont recall seeing (undercooked) potatoes anywhere on the menu, maybe that reviewer just tried watercress for the first time? Despite subpar reviews, we decided to check this restaurant out. After sitting, we discovered we were the only people in the building who did not speak Chinese. Nevertheless, we received quick service and exceptional food. Living in Southern California, we have had a lot of authentic and delicious Chinese food. Shame on the owner and whoever work for and with this restaurant. This is what we call "black shop" in Chinese. Do check carefully the amount on your bill. Compare the dish price with the menu.
