Taquería Malverde is a temple of deliciousness in West Yellowstone, serving some of the best tacos in town. It's the famous taco bus with great corn tortillas and delicious asada and cabeza options, as well as nice vegetarian options. The food is simply great, authentic, and tasty, with very kind and bilingual personnel. The guac is super good and the ladies that serve it are super nice. Real homemade tortillas here offer delicious red and green chile, and the Al pastor and carnitas are recommended. It is the perfect ending after a long day in Yellowstone Park, with really friendly staff and super good & affordable food.
