I loved their homemade pastries. I had the chocolate croissant, which was amazing I had to come back the next day to get another one! I also had the egg cheese sausage on a biscuit, it was SO SO good !! Definitely recommend stopping at Ernie’s if you’re in West Yellowstone !
An old fashioned diner type breakfast/lunch joint. Grab a breakfast on a foam plate. I couldn't finish the plate, and I rarely leave bacon behind, but there was a lot of food there! They have sandwiches to go for a picnic. Good coffee and espresso machines for caffeine connoisseurs. Locals are known by name here, so it must be the best place in West Yellowstone!
We thoroughly enjoyed it in 2023... we were looking forward to going back this year. The servers barely spoke and were a little snappy with everyone. We'd go back though. Just didn't expect it.
