After doing a bbq tour in Memphis, St louis, and KC MO we had to stop here to see if its worth the hype. With a line out the door we were served rather quickly and managed to get a seat inside. The food was cooked perfectly and the bbq sauce was a little runny but delicious! Definitely worth the wait!
We ordered brisket, pork ribs, and the links with beans and mac n cheese. The ribs and links were very good! I loved the sides as well. The briskets were good as well. But being from Texas and having better briskets, I have to rate it mediocre.
First time visiting this restaurant while passing through the Yellowstone area — and it did not disappoint! The place is clean and cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the food tasted fresh and authentic. Portion sizes were generous, and everything we ordered was full of flavor. A great find in a small town — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
