Went for breakfast. Breakfast sandwich was quite YUMMY. Breakfast bowl, not so much. No flavor, no appeal, the worst. Native American lavender bread, eh. Had much better elsewhere. Service was AWFUL. We were the only ones in the place and were not served timely, even worse, we could not get what we needed or wanted. All in all, not the best of anything.

Absolutely the BEST dinner in West Yellowstone. We come to visit in the off season and the dining options are limited so we've eaten everywhere. Wild West pizza is good/authentic but all the other restaurants are disappointing and overpriced. HB is superb, by any standards, fresh made, creative food. We'll be back!

The place was one of two places open and luckily it turned out to be quite good! I ordered their biscuits and gravy and they came out looking different than I was used to. But they were so good. It had chorizo gravy and it was very good.

The funeral potatoes eggs Benedict was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten in my life it was almost inedible. Also the night before we order the nacho's but they got our order wrong

Wouldn't go back here. The green chili pork taco was tasty but $23 for a single 8” taco is unreasonable. The Mexican rice came with beans and was tasty but every other side we ordered was overcooked incl the corn, asparagus, squash.

We were staying at the Starlite and ate breakfast at HB Madison. Sarah, the hostess, picked the perfect table for us and checked on us to make sure all was well during our meal. The food was delicious, a great start to the day. The berries on our breakfasts were very fresh and plentiful.

Everything was really good! The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a small issue during our visit, but they resolved it quickly and kindly, which we really appreciated. Excellent service overall, we’ll definitely be back!

Had breakfast delivered to room. Steel cut oatmeal with huge blueberries and blackberries was amazing! Eggs & Bacon were really good. Fresh squeezed Orange Juice .. So good.
