This is a must stop if you're passing through or staying at West Yellowstone, delicious fresh baked bread and muffins, breakfast was great and the to-go lunch boxes are the best idea i've seen and a great value too. Not only was the food great but the customer service was right on par, the workers there move quick and are very nice. If you're looking for good food with a homely ambiance definitely stop by.
This place was the bee’s knees. Got a latte, breakfast sandwich, and build your own sandwich to take into the park. It was all delicious. It’s more like a “grab and go” place, though you can stay there and and eat. By the time we ordered the line was out the door. We didn’t have to wait long for our coffee or food though. Will go back for sure.

I forgot my review when I was in West Yellowstone in October. Ernie's will be a life saver. My goto for the park, the Turkey and cheese wrap really hit the spot. Fresh ingredients, tasty and filling. The food in the park by old faithful is disgusting. The cafes and stores also run out of everything from subs to chips to drinks. Ernie's has everything and opens early morn.
