The cocktails selection was amazing. We ordered the chicken pasta dish, bison burger, and trout dishes. There were no leftovers! It was very cozy and clean. Definitely make reservations.

We had a delicious meal here! Everything we ordered was wonderful... My only "grievance" which is why I gave atmosphere 4 stars is that it is really cold inside the building. Take a coat, but you wont regret your meal or drinks. Our service was also very good.

Start with the positive- my husband had the elk and loved his dish. My daughter had buttered noodles and complained they had no taste- and I thought, well, yeah, buttered noodles, what do you expect- but then my dish ( skirt steak with chimichurri) also had no taste. Felt the price was too high for quality of food ( except the elk).

Take out order review: I am starting with so few stars because of their automatic 15% gratuity charge for my take out order. I'm not sure how I can justify the 15% gratuity for a take out order. Food was ok and they were slow so I really can't give more than 2 stars for overall experience here. I ordered the trout cakes and lobster bisque and tried some of the Chilean sea bass entree. I'd give it a 3 stars for food, but with the gratuity tagged onto to go orders, bumping it down.
Great place for dinner with the family , we got the bison steak and it was good . Service was good our server Justin off the charts. Nice and roomy spot . After a long day at Yellowstone having dinner here was a relived for the entire family (6).

We picked Madison Crossing based on reviews while staying in West Yellowstone. (August 2023). The restaurant was walkable from our chain hotel, which was convenient. I enjoyed a Idaho Rainbow Trout with rice pilaf and squash, although I thought the dish lacked a bit of color. The service was quick and the the waitress and hostess were friendly. The restaurant is decorated with contemporary decor and attractive artwork. Prices were moderate.

Oh...my...word - the bison meatloaf is fab-u-lous!!!! We started with the bison nachos and homemade chips, soooo good. It's a must when visiting. Love, loved, loved it!!
