This was a wonderful surprise. A quaint little bistro with SERIOUSLY good food. Soup of the day was great. Elk medallions were superb. For anyone visiting town who cares about food, this is the place to go. Well Done in every way.
Ordered the vegetable pesto pasta (chef’s kiss), and my partner got the stuffed pork chop which he liked. But honestly, I can’t stop thinking about their homemade balsamic vinegar dressing which you can choose. I would’ve bought some to take home, but they didn’t have any containers. I was devastated. Next time we go to West Yellowstone, I’ll be inquiring ahead of time to get some of that dressing.

We've eaten here several times. Until the last visit the service was always great. This time not so good. The first thing the waitress asked after we sat down was "are you ready to order". Who teaches servers these days? When we're going to spend $$$ on dinner we expect to be wined and dined not turned and burned. At the bare minimum drinks first.
