The restaurant is a godsend after a long day in Yellowstone Park, with great corn tortillas and delicious asada and cabeza options. It's the famous taco bus in West Yellowstone, with plenty of options to choose from, including great vegetarian meals. The owners are very friendly and happy to help with dietary needs. The Carnitas tacos were delicious, as well as the Horchata. The food is simply great, authentic, and tasty, with very kind and bilingual personnel.
