“Phenomenal bagels. No need to toast them (which is a great sign.) Baked daily, full of flavor, and so chewy in all the best ways. The eggs on the sandwich are notably stellar too - creamy and smooth which isn't an easy feat. My dad grew up in NJ, so we visit NJ/NY regularly and eat bagels daily there. Cutthroat Bagels are distinct, but have those share the key features of any great east coast bagel. Note: the caramelized onion cream cheese is fire.“
