This morning my family had an experience at Crema that reminded us why this shop is so special. Someone close to me was having a rough start to the day, and before they could make it back to settle up for their coffees, the owner unexpectedly reached out to let them know the drinks were on the house — simply because they sensed they needed a little kindness.
That gesture turned the whole day around. Crema isn’t just great coffee; it’s a business run by people with genuine heart. Whitefish is lucky to have them.

I live locally. Coffee is good but service has been shit for the past two years. I received iced coffee about 4 times this year even though I specifically asked for hot coffee and confirmed again during ordering. Employees were not happy to correct the order.
I should’ve stopped going but I really needed some caffeine today. Today one car was already there so I pulled to the other side. Two employees were inside but decided not to open the window on our side. They saw us so it’s not like they didn’t know. We sat around for a couple of mins and decided to go to CMC instead.
I guess this place makes most of money from tourists so not really concerned about service quality anymore :-/

We came here 3 times while vacationing in Glacier National Park, and picked up some coffee/breakfast before heading into the park. I have to say I’m a big fan of the Crema Classic (added cold foam topping). Tasted super smooth and delicious…loved it!

Today I was instacart shopping for a person who ordered 11 Costco boxed milks & 8 half and half’s. The request seemed strange at first but hey who doesn’t like milk. I dropped off the order at this coffee shop & the pretty girl with the wavy hair was very kind she even offered me a complimentary coffee. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I usually don’t like the black coffee from Starbucks or any other big name brands, but this black coffee was the best that I had tasted in a while. Very fresh and flavorful, 100% will be coming back.

Stoped for coffee November 11th. Only one person was working which is fine. She was only serving one side of the coffee hut and just let use sit there on the other side. We would have happy gone to the other side if she would have at least told us. Instead she ignored us and did not acknowledge us at all. Please bring back Cowgirl Coffee! Things have gone way down hill since Crema took over!
