Did a private customer dinner w these guys , and they knocked it out of the park! Super great quality , fresh, beautiful presentation. The customers were just raving about it for days afterward. The trout entree he made was perhaps the best fish i've ever eaten. Highly reccomend.

Tim and his crew at Cuisine Machine knocked it out of the park at our recent wedding! Tim had to put up with us making at least 15 menu changes, and he never once complained- he was very professional and prompt with replies, even during the busy tourists season in the Whitefish/Glacier area. He made sure were were happy with what the final menu looked like, and was very helpful with suggestions. The day of the wedding, he and the crew showed up on time, were very courteous and kind with all our guests (230 person wedding) and the food and service was incredible! Tim made some special menu items just for us, and was really happy to do so, as he's a very talented chef. I highly recommend Cuisine Machine for any catering needs big or small you might have. The Cuisine Machine catered our wedding and we are so glad we hired them! In the time leading up to the wedding, they were very accommodating in changing the menu selections and updating headcounts so that I knew what to expect food and budget wise. Their mobile kitchen made it possible to cater at our 4-H camp venue! The staff was friendly, their pricing is fair, and the food was fantastic. We had many compliments on the appetizers, dinner, and dessert (especially the phyllo triangles, stuffed mushrooms, bbq chicken, and assorted pies). Even the mixed vegetables (which, in my experience, are usually bland in buffets/restaurants) were delicious! I absolutely recommend hiring them for your wedding/next event!

The Cuisine Machine is awesome! Tim and his crew catered my daughter's wedding -- a large, outdoor event that came with some logistical challenges. They did an amazing job on every front: The food was delicious & innovative -- our guests loved it! Tim accurately estimated the amount of food so that there was plenty without a lot of overage; the buffet flowed so smoothly, despite the large number of guests. On top of it all, Tim was a delight to work with -- he made the event seem easy and his staff was professional and so nice! I highly recommend the Cuisine Machine!!!

Tim and Ali at Cuisine Machine were an absolute pleasure to work with. They catered both our wedding, and our pre-wedding event, and people just raved about the food. I think most of our guests didn't think wedding food could be so good! Several people asked for one of the recipes... They have an extensive, creative menu and use a lot of local, seasonal, and organic ingredients. Lots of ethnic and vegetarian options as well as the usual more meaty fare, at a good range of affordable prices. Tim was helpful with pricing, and I never felt like he was trying to talk us into the more expensive dishes. Staff was friendly, food was cooked hot and fresh on site out of the food truck. I can't speak highly enough, and totally recommend them for any event. They really helped make our wedding perfect.

Let's just say that we got married 18 months ago, and people still talk about the food. The Cuisine Machine exceeded our expectations, and we wished he lived closer so we could have him cook for us all the time! Some of the most amazing food at an incredibly reasonable prices! This is the freshest food we have ever had at a catered event because he prepares and cooks the meals on site!
