Had the worse experience tonight around 6:30pm. Waited for 5 minutes to order and no one was coming to the intercom. Drove around to the drive thru window and both girls were sitting on their phones. I had to yell “Excuse Me” in order to get their attention. Once they opened the window they said that the intercom doesn’t notify them. Amazing frozen custard!!! Best I ever had!
Listen we all know the ice cream is delicious and they have a million flavors to choose from including rotating seasonal choices, but when I tell you I did not expect to get one of the BEST iced hazelnut lattes I have ever had today I am just as surprised as you! Puts the big coffee shops to shame!
