Roger is a great bar tender and the manger is warm and welcoming. After dealing with subpar food and underwhelming expensive drinks in the heart of the hotel zone. Glad we found this place.“

“Pto Morelos best kept secret. Service is good, place is nice but the pizza is Heaven. The charcoal crust is a must. We ate here weekly and it was always the best pizza ever!!!

Vegetarian options: So many veggie toppings to make this pizza delicious, we always topped with arugula - the crust is the best though, so even if you eat meat, you’ll love it here.“

“We went to the one in the Pyramid oasis, was very nice experience. Atmosphere was very nice and cosy. Menu was a 7 course meal, served with little dishes of mouth watery, tasty, unusual great combination. The way the chef inspired and create such a amazing recipes with amazing flavours is amazing. Very fun evening, as you just did not expect what you will get. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable with the food when they serve it out.“

The food was exquisite, for starters we ordered a Mac & Cheese and some truffle fries and for the main course we had a Dulce Fantasia burger and a Makes Me Feel in Heaven burger, both at Waygu. “A great spot for making friends, the bartender was nice but the girl had a bit of an attitude besides that it’s an amazing spot to meet new people staying at the hostel and they have plenty activities like beer pong, a swimming pool, jenga, and more! The drinks were cheap as well. LGBTQ friendly, but it’s not a gay bar! They also accept Zelle and quick pay btw!!“

“Tres Cerveza's may not be my favorite when compared to the other restaurants at Hyatt Ziva, but it certainly is a solid place to eat at if you want to switch things up. (Food-wise, it is better than Moongate)The interior of this restaurant-bar is decent. We would have eaten outside, but it was way too hot and humid. For appetizers, we ordered Mozzarella Sticks, a Wedge Salad, and Chicken Wings. Each item was tasty. I especially liked the Wedge Salad and Mozzarella Sticks. Our main courses were the Tres Cerveza's burger (which was huge), the Modelo Especial Drunk Roasted Chicken, and the Tacos al pastor. Once again, each item was flavorful and very generously portioned.Although quite American, I would say Tres Cerveza's in Hyatt Ziva Cancún is still better than many restaurant-bars here in America.“

“The food and service was that of a 5 star restaurant. The food was delicious, didn't have to add anything to our meal. The staff was very attentive to us. It's inside a shopping complex so you have to look for it, or someone outside on the sidewalk.“

We came to this restaurant couple of years ago and really liked it. We made a trip just to go eat there again even tho we weren't staying at that hotel. The restaurant used to be in the Marriott, now it moved to the JW Marriott. I personally liked the ambiance of the old location better. The food was good, it used to be better and more presentable. One of the plates we tried was the Satay assortment, and the chicken satay was the best, I would recommend!“

“Excellent Service. Food was very good. Great views of the ocean from where we were sitting. Order cheeseburger, Thai Shrimp Salad and Chichen Nachos Platter. Freshly made tortilla chips. Generous Chicken portion. The refried black beans were delicious. Staff is amazing and you will not be disappointed.“
