Quartieri Holbox is a restaurant that brings a taste of Italy to Holbox. The pizza is exceptional, with options like the half-and-half Quartieri and Burrata being a particular highlight. The Marechiaro salad and pistacchio and burrata pesto pasta are also delicious. The atmosphere is lively, thanks to live music performances like Mescalita project. The service is attentive and excellent, but the bathroom could use some improvement.
