Marbella Restaurante Isla offers the best seafood on Isla Mujeres and in Cancun, with fresh fish and seafood sold by the kilo. Located right on the sand, it provides an incredible view and friendly service. The atmosphere is delightful, though it can get very busy. There's a pier for boats and limited parking. A must-do when visiting the island.
