“Went here with my family years ago on a family vacation when we got off a cruise ship we were on. We also went snorkeling in the lovely waters of Cozumel. Honestly, I don't remember much about this place other than it left a good feeling and memory with me. So, it can't be that bad. :)“

“Great place to grab a Mexican brewed beer! This is one of the only places in town where you can find a Mexican beer that is not your typical Dos Equis or Corona. Juan will introduce you to Browns, Ambers, Lagers, Reds, IPAs and more that he imports from all over Mexico.The food comes from a restaurant downstairs, but was still excellent. I'd recommend the mole chicken enchiladas.Atmostphere was nice, and Juan was very friendly, but there's not much of a view. You can see the street on one side and there's one small window behind the bar that looks out on the ocean.A little difficult to find, it is located on the second floor, so you have to walk north past the sign on the street to go up the staircase.“

“A great place to have some mojitos, for me the best I've ever had. The service is great, captain jack sparrow is the best. We tried several drinks and there is a quality and price guarantee, they are not very expensive and the quantity is fair. We tried the pozole (warrior style) and so far it is the best pozole I have ever had, and it is strange to say that it was on a Caribbean island in Mexico.“

We loved it some much that when we were in Cancun a couple of months later we drove 35 minutes and then took a 20 minute boat ride from playa da Carmen to re visit.“

“Oasis from the cruise port hustle and prices. Visited while on a cruise and so pleased I took the 5 minute walk across the road from the cruise port. The open air mall is far less chaotic and really nice. The staff at the San Juan restaurant were really friendly serving authentic Mexican cuisine. The shrimp ceviche was simply amazing, I've never had so many shrimp. The place has really nice decor and a great bar with local beers and margaritas. All this for an extremely reasonable price.“

“Very expensive but good Mexican fusion food. Everything was fresh. The tempura shrimp appetizer was really good and decent portion. Just know you’re paying more than what you would in US and Canada for the same food but in Mexico. You do get to enjoy the views of the ocean though. An appetizer and main cost 600 pesos.“

“Definitely the place I needed to have a drink with friends and you can also take a bath since it has showers in the bathrooms and a private one in the back since if you want to upgrade you can ask for the key to an apartment above the attention of the embittered child well they already know. “Very good food, Gabriel is a super good host. Breakfast buffets every morning with traditional mexican stuff except for Saturday and Sunday when they have a very large more traditional American breakfast buffet. Lunch and supper is traditional Italian off the menu. Excellent assortment of Italian entries with reasonable prices. Will definitely return!“

“Cocomama was such an amazing find! An actual legitimate Tiki bar on the island that doesn't throw pineapple and orange juice in their Mai Tai. They have unique drinks that they've concocted themselves, using local spirits like Mezcal and traditional Mayan Pox!

Prices were extremely reasonable too ($120-290/drink), despite being very close to the ferry terminal and beach.

“Hooters Cozumel was chosen by my sister-in-law for her birthday, which was a pretty funny choice. We went during lunch when nobody else was in the restaurant, and it was the Hooters experience you expect. Food ambience was as expected, the server made a small mistake with my food but it could have been due to my poor Spanish yet she remedied it immediately, the servers all sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, and the major highlight was all of the TV's playing sports!“

One was a deep dish (45 minute cook time) and the other was a thin crust. Both were fantastic, but that deep dish. Wow! Definitely worth a repeat. And don't miss the peanut butter tequila. The perfect finish to your meal!“

When we asked for a place that was delicious, they would prepare small fish like a la carte or something more regional, we were expecting a place with a lot of seasoning; It was delicious but not what we expected. I ordered the coconut shrimp and they were delicious. Either way, the service was good.“

“What a special place! We passed it on our scooter the day before and saw people dancing to a live band at sunset so we went back the next day. Great live music, great margarita and a gorgeous sunset. If you get there before 7pm they give you 2 for 1 cocktails which was a nice surprise to me! Staff are fantastic. “Great food and service. We dined at Jeanie’s after our SeaTrek helmet dive. The Chicken Cesar salad was delicious. Abundant perfectly seasoned chicken. The chicken nachos were excellent. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and tasty. Very nice menu with plenty of options. Well prepared margaritas. Service is attentive, friendly, polite and sincere.

He’s the quintessential host, ensuring you have a great evening including good food, great drinks & excellent live music. Woody’s is a Cozumel staple and with Abraham now on the team it’s certain to stay that way for years to come!! Previous review: OUTSTANDING. Woody's has it all. Great live music, a fun atmosphere, it's a great place to people watch and the staff and service is terrific. The food is good, not great, but it's a bar first. The local "band" of break dancers that come by nightly always put on a good show (make sure you have some pesos to thank them for their efforts, lord knows I wouldn't be spinning my head on that concrete !!)“

“We had 2 cocktails on a Sunday afternoon (and 2 beers to take away as from 5pm you can’t buy beers in the island)while a band was playing some music and the atmosphere was great. Good prices, good ambience and the waiter, Oscar was really nice and quick. We didn’t have food but they had a simple menu if you are hungry.During the week they have live music also and offers of 2X1 cocktails until 8pm. We will come back!“

“We have visited Pancho’s for over 20 years. Every time we visit Cozumel we make sure to stop by and have a frozen Margarita and a dish and sit and enjoy the music and view of the Cruise Port. “We take a few cruises to Cozumel every year. We always stop at Ernesto's for some beers and guacamole. It's our go-to stop, close to the cruise ports. Friendly staff, great food and service. Reasonable prices. We're going back in 20 days!“
