Toro's Place offers very delicious food and beautiful views. The service is warm and friendly, with incredible staff. However, some guests feel that the prices are somewhat exaggerated, with dishes like mixed ceviche and lobster being smaller than expected for the cost. Despite this, the service is highly commended, with waitstaff earning their tips for their excellent service.
