The frozen yogurt is genuinely good, but what kept me there was the staff - one person in particular took the time to walk me through the toppings bar without making it feel like a rehearsed pitch. I travel constantly and it's rare to find a casual spot where the quality is clearly intentional and the service feels genuinely warm rather than transactional.
